It’s extremely hard to find a mechanic who will answer calls after hours and/or call/txt you once they have left for the day and are at home with there family. I found the rare one that did with Justin from Pruski’s auto sales and service. I was in a desperate situation and he gladly texted and called me to assist me with my issue and help me diagnose my issues as I was driving and was over an hour from him. Too top it off he asked me to txt him for follow to let him know if I had fixed my issue and if not he offered to go into work early the next day to try and help me get going again. There are no amount of words to express my appreciation as I was over 8 hours away from my home and my local mechanic. He went way above and beyond. Extremely wonderful customer support. It's astonishing how honest and professional that place is. My vehicle needed to be serviced, so I went in for the first time. My brake pads were screeching, and I was expecting to have them replaced. The mechanic that looked over my car was very honest and helpful. My brake pads only required a light power wash, not replacement job. My lack of knowledge regarding vehicle maintenance would have easily allowed any other auto shop to poke my eyes out.
